- Over 50 participants joined the in-person launch event, representing WASH partner organisations and independent practitioners working across gender, disability and trans-inclusion & WASH.
- CREA and Quicksand teams shared the co-creation process for the platform, followed by a detailed walkthrough of the different pages and features of the website.
- In an open Q&A session, the participants shared their thoughts and ideas on the platform, including considerations for accessibility, the potential for government and academic partnerships, and linkages to government mandates, among others.
- This was followed by breakout group discussions on four key topics: (1) improving the website content, (2) outreach/audiences for the platform, (3) measuring success, and (4) sustaining the movement/ community of practice.
