Towards Safe Workplace (for organisations working with Self-Help Groups)

This training module, developed by CREA and the Urban Management Centre (UMC), empowers women working with Self-Help Groups (SHGs) to recognise and address workplace harassment under the POSH Act (2013). It builds awareness of gender discrimination, encourages collective action, and promotes inclusive, safe work environments that advance dignity, equality, and women’s rights as part of good urban governance and inclusive growth.
