SELF Academy 2024, Delhi
The SELF Academy empowers young women from sanitation worker families to break intergenerational caste and gender barriers through education, leadership, and skill development. By fostering awareness on gender, sexuality, digital security, and livelihoods, it builds confidence, critical thinking, and agency, enabling participants to envision equality and pursue independent, dignified futures.
