The Gender and WASH Institute 2026 is a five day residential program strengthening feminist, intersectional, rights based approaches to urban sanitation. Using participatory, reflective pedagogy, it examines how gender, caste, disability, sexuality, labor, and power shape systems, and equips practitioners to challenge exclusion and advance inclusive, dignified, equitable sanitation outcomes.
